Wisconsin's Certified Capital Company (CAPCO) Program
The purpose of the CAPCO Program is to stimulate the development of small businesses, and create jobs in Wisconsin by providing incentives to investors to invest funds in small business enterprises, which have traditionally had difficulty in attracting institutional venture capital.
The Wisconsin Innovation Network (WIN) Foundation assists technology-based businesses with capital, networking, information, and business-consultation referrals. WIN's annual Wisconsin Venture Fair allows start-up and expanding companies the opportunity to make presentations to venture capitalists and investment professionals from across the nation.
The Wisconsin Innovation Service Center assists small manufacturers, technology businesses, and independent inventors with new product and invention assessments and market expansion opportunities.
